Bench press has improved 10 pounds (a HUGE increase for me), squat for volume has improved by 10%, deadlift is holding steady because we found a form issue to back up and fix, and I am sooooo close to being able to do a nice little set of unassisted pullups. Not too shabby for a busy 45 year old!
